Even when we are relaxing our mind is often engaged in various experiences. Our thoughts and actions are directed into the world outside of us most of the time

Yoga gives us time to go back into ourselves, to connect to our breath, to the sensations in our body so we can develop a deeper awareness of ourselves. On a physical level yoga postures – asanas can help us release held tension, improve circulation and mobility and make us more aware about our posture and breathing.

The ultimate goal of yoga is to bring our body and mind into a healthy balance, to connect us to our centre so we can lead our life in a more harmonious way and to realise our full potentials.
